Walt M. Whitfield III, Church Sexton since January 1, 2008, is familiar to all in the Jarvis community. Walt was born right here in Greenville in 1969 and returned here after living in Michigan for about 12 years. Walt graduated from Teen Challenge in 2001: first phase in Sandhills NC, second phase in Rerersburg, PA. Since returning to Greenville, he has attended Pitt Community College where he has been enrolled in the Associate Degree program in Criminal Justice. He has four beautiful children, Ashley, Hope, Hayley, and Walter. Walt is known for his giftedness in many areas - just what's needed to keep things running smoothly - and his helpful, always cheerful attitude.
